Are you currently registered for training with SASWH?
Do you meet the eligibility requirements for your training?
Eligibility requirements must be met for some programs/courses, otherwise you will not be permitted to attend.
Have you completed the prerequisite online education for your upcoming training?
Some programs/courses have an online education requirement that is mandatory prior to attending training.
Have you reviewed the instructions provided by SASWH when you registered for your training session?
These instructions provide important information that you need to be aware of. Be sure to read all the details thoroughly and carefully so that you’re fully prepared, which will help to ensure that your session starts on time without any delays.
Have you reviewed the date and start time and are you required to bring any specific materials for the session?
If you need to bring any printed materials with you, be sure to have them with you when you arrive.
Need to cancel?
If you are unable to attend a session that you are registered for, please be sure to contact our office and cancel as soon as possible. We may have someone on the waitlist for that session.
Not feeling well on training day?
We can’t control some things, so if you’re unwell on training day, please consider rescheduling for the health and safety of all participants. Please contact our office right away and you can attend at another time when you’re feeling better and ready to learn!
Left something behind?
If lost property is found in a SASWH classroom after a training session has ended and the item is labelled or the Instructor recognizes which attendee that property belongs to, our Training Coordinators will reach out to the participant and/or their supervisor to let them know the item is available for pick up in the next 60 days. If lost property is found but the owner is unknown, it is put in the lost and found and will be retained at head office for 60 days. After such a time has passed, unclaimed items are either donated or discarded.
If you attended training at an SASWH facility and forgot an item, contact the Training Coordinators at [email protected] with your name, the date you completed training, and a description of the item you left behind. Our team will check the lost and found and confirm whether that item is available for pick up.
If you have any questions or need clarification regarding your upcoming session, please contact our office at (306) 545-5595 or at [email protected].
