Sandra Cripps

Chief Executive Officer

Sandra has been involved in Health Care for the past 21 years with experience in mental health, seniors, long term care, therapeutic recreation, adult day program services, and coordination of volunteers, human resources management and administration.  Throughout her career she has kept safety as one of the top priorities for herself, her staff and the clients she served.  Sandra has participated as a member of Occupational Health and Safety committees, developed job safety analysis on positions and has training in Safety Audits.  She displays strong dedication in her approach to work and brings with her a solid vision of creating safer workplaces in health care. Prior to being appointed the CEO of SASWH in March 2013,  Sandra was the Director of Program and Resource Development – Workforce Planning Branch, Saskatchewan Ministry of Health (2005 – 2013), Director of Recreation and Volunteer Services at Regina Pioneer Village (1998 – 2005), Mental Health Therapist/Recreation Therapist – Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford/Battlefords District Care Centre (1992-1998) and Director of Recreation – Cutknife Special Care Home (1991-1992).  Back
