TERMS OF USE IN SASKATCHEWAN

Access to the PSHSA violence prevention materials for use in the Province of Saskatchewan is with the agreement that the terms and conditions will be met under a licence agreement between PSHSA and SASWH.

The intent of the agreement is to provide adequate access to these resources to the Healthcare Industry in Saskatchewan. The materials accessible in this link are essentially aligned with the content from PSHSA violence prevention materials.

Note of Clarification: Throughout these documents and resources are numerous references to the Ontario context and legislative requirements specific to the Province of Ontario. For Saskatchewan users of these resources you are reminded to reference the legislative requirements of the Province of Saskatchewan.
